Zoltar Costume

Zoltar, fully operational fortune teller built on a Segway. Completely DIY (took 9 months to build) with 1000W of sound, over 400 LED's - UV lights and more.

Being built on a Segway, Zoltar would wait by a brick wall and then when someone would walk by, Zoltar would start chasing them and offer to tell them there fortune (whether they wanted it or not). It was a major hit at the Mermaid Parade in Brooklyn, And at the Village Halloween parade in NYC.
