Wikus from District 9 Movie Costume
This is my take on Wikus from the movie District 9. In the movie he begins to turn into an alien. I found this alien hand at the costume shop known as Lucy in Disguise with Diamonds in Austin, TX. I decided that if I spray painted it black, it would be perfect for the costume. I also ordered a reptile eye contact to put over my left eye. For the MNU badge I found a picture of his ID from the movie and blew it up and laminated it. I did the bandage over the hand myself and all the fake blood and it's a real mustache! It's pretty simple, but very creative!
