Rihanna Disturbia Costume

My Mind is in Disturbia. My inspiration for this costume came from the video for the song Disturbia by Rihanna. I was so intrigued by the video's creepy, scary and sexy essence that I had to create something from it. Because I'm an artist, I was instantly inspired by its unique quality.

To start off I bought a lace shirt and skirt for the base of the costume. The accessories were the cherry on top. Included was: black boots, ripped fishnets, chains, one Marilyn Manson (white) contact, spiderweb fabric mask, lace fingerless gloves, spiderweb fingernails, fake red flower with black tip, black and red makeup, extra long eyelashes, black and red lipstick, plastic spiders, white hairspray and two (fake) bottom lip piercings. I had a blast walking around freaking everyone out, and twitching/dancing to the song of course! I got so many compliments, people even wanted to use the idea next year! It was definitely my favorite and the best Halloween ever!!! Can't wait for next...
