All handmade, hand beaded jacket, sash, trousers, socks and beaded glove. It took me over 2 1/2 months of working on it for 14-16 hours a day!

Jacket has 3 yards of red silk that the beads were sewn on to. I used 3 yards of red organza for the lining of the jacket. There are 10 1/2 yards of gold glass bugle beads as trim on the jacket. 800 grams of red glass bugle beads. 11 1/2 yards of gold twisted braid handmade into frogs 5 wooden toggles painted and glitter adorn the front of the jacket.

Gold sequin and beaded appliqués on sleeves, trousers are made of 1 1/2 yards of black polyester with 6 yards black satin ribbon on sides.

Sock are made of 1/2 yard of white polyester with 600 grams of crystal seed beads.

White glove has 240 grams of crystal seed beads hand sewn.

Sash is made of 3 yards of pleater tape, 12 yards of hand sewn gold seed beads, 50 grams of gold sequins adorn the sash with 1/2 yards of sew on blue rhinestones.

My son wanted a costume made by me and had asked me for 3 years in a row, but I never had the time.
I was laid off my job in June of this year and together we decided to make him one. Together we decided to make the legendary King of Pop. He has admired him since he was 5 years old. He wanted something that would stand out in a crowd. I even made him a grammy award!! It consists of a miniature gramaphone pencil sharpener glued to a painted can of tuna fish with a magnetic label that states,"American Music Awards 1984, Michael Jackson
