Halloween Tortilla Chips
Halloween Tortilla Chips are totally easy to make and you can use all kinds of cookie cutters to get all the shapes you want!
Recipe IngredientsCorn or flour tortillas
Canola or other cooking oil
Halloween Cookie Cutters
Lightly brush the tortillas with oil. Then, cut them into various Halloween shapes using the cookie cutters. These are your chips!
Now you can either bake or fry the chips, depending on what flavor you like.
Baked Halloween Chips
Preheat oven to 400° F
Brush both sides of the tortillas with oil before cutting
Place the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet
Bake for 5 - 7 minutes
Remove from oven
Fried Halloween Chips
Heat about 1/2-inch oil in a large skillet over high heat
Place the chips into the hot oil in small batches and fry until they puff, adjusting heat as needed
Drain on paper towels
For either method, sprinkle with salt if desired. Cool and store in an airtight container.
